I’m not your typical HR professional. I’ve worked in sales, manufacturing, banking, and HR , and I’ve learned how every part of a business connects.

I understand people, and I understand how businesses run. That mix is what makes me different. I’ve led teams, built systems, improved processes, and designed experiences that make work feel better.

I bring a business degree, a finance degree, and a master’s in HR. I get the psychology behind behavior, and I get the numbers behind decisions. I know how to stretch a budget, find creative solutions, and build programs that actually work.

Where I Started

I started in sales, moved into manufacturing, and then led teams in banking, each step sharpening my understanding of how people, process, and performance intersect. I didn’t just learn how businesses run; I learned how people experience them.

That path led me into HR, where I earned my Master’s in Human Resources and became SHRM-CP certified. I’ve always been drawn to solving friction — whether it’s a clunky workflow, a confusing onboarding experience, or a culture that doesn’t quite connect. I specialize in making work feel better for everyone, without losing sight of business goals.
